Last week I took my head out of the books long enough to see that Cass McCombs is releasing a new album this week. It's as brilliant as expected. So here's a decent sample of some earlier work from one of my favorite contemporary singer-songwriters.

ReplyDeleteCouldn't establish a link on the "Hospital" track for some reason, but of the three i could i'm enjoying the most recent one the most. Upbeat. Haven't heard any of his stuff previously.
Don't overdo the studying.
How 'bout Smog as another great contemporary singer-songwriter? Mr. Callahan....anyone?
