ReplyDeleteListening to it there, it sounded like there was an improvisation on "Take 5" struggling to the surface.
I'm assuming, too, the song is a traditional arrangement in the fashion of "House Of The Rising Sun"?
Ha, you're right, it could have easily been Take 5. Possibly a subconscious influence here.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's traditional, but I failed to uncover any data on just how old the song is. At least 100 yrs. old, I reckon.
