I see this came out on Roxbury, originally - the label behind Ujima from an earlier post. Was Fessor Funk from Richmond, VA, too, Emmett ?
I don't think these guys are from Richmond, ib. The little I've found about them on the Interweb suggests they're from NY. But yes, the original label for both releases was Roxbury. I don't know where Roxbury was headquartered -- L.A., I think.
