Hey gang, here is a cut from BTWS's latest release (entitled "West", and available via their myspace page), as well as the original source material: a 1969 single from Phil Cordell. Still waiting for track IDs on these cuts. If anyone knows, get in touch. Thanks, Emmett

Hello Art Decade crew, I just wrote a post about your awesome blog on WDPK webzine.

Other thing : can you post more mixes like "Intermission mix" ? It would be great.

Keep up the very good work on Art Decade, bye.

This is an awesome song and I can't believe you've got the cover. It's on one of the Fading Yellow comps as a pretty scratchy mp3. He looks a bit like Mike Oldfield there. Surprised it's a b-side - what's the a-side like? similarly exotic?

Hey WDPK, thanks so much for your support, and I'm so glad you liked the intermission mix! Doing that mix was extremely time-consuming... it might be a year or so before we do another one, but we'll do one!

Tom: yeah, hard to believe this is the B-side. The A-side is kind of weird. It's something about how life is hard when you're poor and you have to "pump the water" every day... Some of the same exotic touches with harp & what not. If I have a minute in the next few daze I will try to post it for your delectation. Thanks for the comment.
