Pretty nice. 1958 WAS a good year.
I saw a quote from Bo somewhere that he loved to eat at the Waverly Restaurant on Waverly & 6th Ave. As he put it, "They got it going on." So whenever I walk by the Waverly I always think of Bo, and this quote, and also why Bo singled out this particular diner as the pinnacle of cuisine. Now we'll never know. But I will enjoy a London Broil there tonight in Bo's honor.
I hope, for Bo's sake, it was a better restaurant back then.
The quote was from like a year ago.
Cool. A lot can change in a year. In just a few weeks Florent will be gone.
