Great stuff, Mike! And thanks for passing on the tip re Streets You Crossed.
A Hogmanay gig, too; 1-2-3-4 countdown to New Year's Day.
I can't think of a better way to say goodbye to the 1970s in NYC than by spending it dancing to the Ramones at a club that would one day become an NYU dorm.
Yeah, do check out her site. It's ace!
Man, that's ironic; The Paladium being transformed into a NYU dorm. If there are such things as ghosts, the hauntings there must be value for money.
Joey's intros are awesome.
I love it when goodle images leads me to cool blogs.
Which image, Hanan?
I was agreeing with this statement that you made:
"While searching for a photo for this post I discovered this amazing blog."
I actually found your blog via hype machine, and thanks a bunch for those Ramones tracks!
Aha! Yeah, definitely. And that blog kicks ass! Thanks for the comment, BTW.
Thanks for the cool show! I never got to see some of my favorite bands live, but I did get to see The Ramones live in 1988...Joey, Dee Dee, Johnny and Marky in Indianapolis at The Vogue. It was great. I still remember Johnny kicking some guy off the stage.
