This is intense! What's the rest of the album like? It sounds to me like the band laid down the background track, and then the organist laid down his track afterwards. That organ is dirty.
Pretty damn good. This came on while I was cleaning the dishes and made me come out the kitchen to get a better listen. File alongside Riz Ortolani and Serge Gainsbourg's more experimental moments. Nice.
ib, hope you didn't break any dishes...great call on Gainsbourg. JP Sabar who arranged this tune worked on various Gainsbourg sessions.
Mike, the organ is intense! I'm not sure I've been to a shindig where the energy matched the electricity generating from this spastic jam.
Well, we should have that shindig this summer as part of your annual and ritual trip to NYC.
