I believe this is Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys, with bob fiddling one of his signature slow songs; not Buck Owens, as indicated.
I strive to bring this level of languor to my professional life.
This is definitely Buck and the Buckaroos. From the '65 album, I've Got a Tiger by the Tail. Written by Bob Wills, Buck's version highlights Don Rich on fiddle.
