Yeah, I'm almost certain it is. Because it's a British person describing a nightmare, and the sound & the pacing is exactly the same. But it wouldn't be from the actual track I posted (all aquatic dreams/nightmares), it would be from another "track" off the same "album."

read the other day that the early drum'n'bass producers sampled a lot ot their dark stuff from early electronic productions and sci-fi sountracks!
