I recently came upon your website and I must say that you have done a great job and noticed we have similar topics like music download. I would like to know if I can add a link to your website on the resource page of our website mp3bagus.com. I am sure that my visitors might get something out of your work.
Please let me know if this is OK. Then send me the title and URL you want me to use for your link. And also do you think my website is worthy to be listed on yours? I can send you the details on my next reply. I look forward to your reply. Take care.
I had the same thought about the corner. The street is too wide, for one. Also, Bleecker is a strange word. I once read that one way to separate NYers from everyone else is to have them spell Bleecker. Only NYers would put the c in the word. Anyway, now that I think about it, that is kind of lame.
Another way to separate NYers from everyone else is listening to an out-of-towner pronounce Houston St. And while my mind digresses, same scenario applies to asking anyone not from New Orleans to pronounce Burgundy St. I'm sure this list could go on, and on, and on...
Great song. I have a rip of this album somewhere, but I fear I have never fully given it an ear of justice. Interesting, too, to hear your observations on the topography and etymology of "Bleecker & MacDougal". The intersection sounds to me, an uneducated Scot, like it should properly be a dimly lit narrow avenue somewhere between alley and lane.

Can anyone tell what corner Fred is standing on there? It's not Bleecker & MacDougal...
P.S. "Bleecker" is a weird word. Dutch?

BTW, thanks Riotic for the note.
