Steely Dan: Black Cow [1977]

On a rainy day like this a man can't be blamed for wanting to spend the afternoon at Rudy's. So this one goes out to all those happening people in Bucksnort, TN, New York, NY, New Haven, CT, or Tromse, Norway.

In the corner
of my eye
I saw you in Rudy’s
You were very high

Aja is to Steely Dan as Annie Hall is to Woody Allen. Think about it.

Fagan's got the "cool jerk" routine down pat...plus, is there anything warmer or sweeter than the tones of a genuine Fender Rhodes? Perfect relaxation.

I used to buy the half speed master lp's of Steely Dan.My friend's said "too expensive".After sitting down and "relaxing" WOW that was worth it. When CD's came out Aja was my first purchase.Like Jude said...warm and sweet.
