I love the LIVE testament known as "The Lamb Tour". Nothing quite like catching them in full 5-man flight, eh?

...and the Gabriel up'n'leaves...
...and then Hackett soon after...

..."and then there were three"...

...and all that mid-80s bollocks...

ugh.

Jude, I appreciate the comment. If I was going to post Genesis, it had to be from the Gabriel era. I think Emmett posted some Genesis a couple of years ago. I doubt any of the mid-80s bollocks will ever be posted here, though you never know.

I listened to the Invisible Touch LP in its entirety 4 days ago. True story.

Whoa. Shite like that just doesn't happen. Just kidding... thanks for checking in from the tropics, Emmett.

Hm, a post with Live material from my favourite band?

All I can say is Thank You!

@Emmitt:

If you're in the tropics, AND listening to Invisible Touch all the way through--isn't that the textbook definition of "exquisitely bored"?

(cheers, mate!):)

Nice Townshend reference, J!

I prefer Gabriel-era Genesis, but to be honest some of those Collins fronted albums are bangers! The self titled album sounds pretty amazing...I think anything prior to Invisible Touch (which is shaky) is still pretty solid, not Gabriel solid, but still good.
